Production and Testing
Piping supports are produced and pre-assembled in the plant of MPS Gradior s.r.o. The company has implemented certified quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001: 2009 and ISO 3834-2: 2006.
Production itself is managed according to the following technical rules:
- EN 1090-2, class EXC-2 to EXC-4,
- certification of welding processes according to EN 15614-1,
- welding quality system according to EN ISO 3834-2.
Interoperation and final inspections:
- VGB-R510L, EN 13480-3 annex N,
- inspection of welded joints according to requirements defined in EN 1090-2; class EXC-2 to EXC-4.
Material certificates:
- material certificates according to EN13480-3, annex N, supports class S1.
